Keys go missing in small towns too

What's included in the price
$245 installed + tax includes the eufy smart lock and standard installation on a door already prepped for a standard deadbolt (2-1/8" bore hole, 2-3/8" or 2-3/4" backset) in good working condition. Additional labor or hardware, such as drilling new holes, enlarging or repairing the door or frame, adjusting strike plates or door alignment, or removing non-standard locks, is quoted before any work begins. Keying to match your existing Schlage locks is available for $35 + tax.
Will it fit my door?
- Standard deadbolt prep: a 2-1/8 inch bore hole with a 2-3/8 or 2-3/4 inch backset.
- Door thickness: about 1-3/8 to 2-1/8 inches.
- Not for mortise locks, according to eufy.
- Room around the handle: the keypad needs space between the deadbolt and the handle below it.

Locksmith tips before you go keyless
- A smart lock is only as strong as the door and strike. If your door sags or the bolt drags, the motor can struggle to lock. We check the bolt throw and strike when we install.
- Keep the physical key. Store one somewhere safe, not in the car.
- Use separate codes. Give each person their own code so you can remove one without changing everyone's.
- Turn on auto-lock. A countdown auto-lock relocks the door behind you if you forget.

Most doors that already have a standard deadbolt will work: a 2-1/8 inch bore hole, a 2-3/8 or 2-3/4 inch backset, and a door 1-3/8 to 2-1/8 inches thick. eufy says these locks do not fit mortise locks. Send us a photo of your door edge and lock and we can tell you if anything extra is needed.
eufy says the lock warns you in the app when the battery gets low, and you can power the lock from a portable USB power bank through the port on the bottom of the outside unit. The physical key works too.
